A servant of God, Romy Chris is a visionary entrepreneur and brand builder who carries the ambition of creating a new generation of African hospitality: elegant, modern, authentic and international. His vision rests on three pillars — operational excellence, guest experience and the sustainable growth of the brand. He oversees strategy, hotel development, partnerships and the expansion of KIRAVA Hotels across Africa. Married and the proud father of four children, he is surrounded by a devoted, professional team — local and international — with one mission: to build Africa's benchmark hotel brand, delivering a world-class experience while honouring the identity and potential of every destination.
